prayer meeting / thursday, june 15 from 12:00-1:00pm

Our monthly prayer meetings are open to anyone. We spend around an hour praying over the people, ministries, and vision of our church. Located at HVC. You may also submit a prayer request to the email address below.

inner healing and deliverance workshop / june 23-24

Have you encountered personal or ministry situations that allude breakthrough? Perhaps inner healing and/or deliverance is the answer. If you think maybe it is, but you do not feel equipped in these areas of ministry, then we invite you to join us for a weekend of training and equipping in the areas of inner healing and deliverance with Rip Wahlberg. Start time on Friday is 6:30pm, and Saturdays session will begin at 9:00am, each at Harvest Vineyard Church. Rip is a pastor from Lancaster, PA and a member of the Spiritual Renewal Team for Vineyard USA. For details see Ann Smiley-Oyen.

grill outs / sunday, june 25 after each service

Stick around after each service on Sunday, June 11 to enjoy a meal and meet some new people! HVC will provide pancakes after the 8:30am service and then burgers and hot dogs after the later services. Bring a side, salad, or dessert to share if you are able. Email Liam Conley if you'd like to serve during one of these events.

potluck picnic / wednesday, june 28 from 6:30-8:00pm

Summer is a great time for picnics! On Wednesday, June 28 we will be meeting in the Maple Shelter at Brookside Park from 6:00-8:00pm. HVC will provide the main course (sandwiches) and drinks. Please bring a side, salad, or dessert to share. Contact Liam Conley with questions.

food bag outreach / sunday, july 9 from 1:00-2:30pm

We will meet to assemble free food bags that we'll be giving out to people in the community throughout the year. Location TBD depending on construction progress at our new building (320 S. 17th. St. in Ames). Sign up with Liam Conley.

food at first / sunday, july 9 from 3:30-7:15pm

Help us bless others by serving a free community meal at First Christian Church in downtown Ames. There are two shifts: Set up and prep from 3:30-5:30pm and serving and clean up from 5:15-7:15pm. Feel free to show up for one or both! Email Phil Penner if you would like to serve.
