We Heart Ames

We want to be one of the best friends our city has ever had. It's the goal of our Kindness Outreach team to show Jesus' love to our city in small and BIG WAYS! You can participate in our monthly outreach events and our annual We Heart Ames day to serve people, share God’s love, and get out into our city to surprise people with God's kindness.

BLESS SINGLE MOMS

Single Moms Pampering Morning

Harvest Vineyard Church hosts a free annual event just for single moms in the community. Childcare is provided so kids can let you relax and have fun. Single moms choose from activities like painting, exercise, games, massages, haircuts, prayer and more.

School Supply Giveaway

We are excited to give away school supplies at the beginning of the school year.

Operation Christmas Child, Thanksgiving Food Bags, and Christmas Eve Cookies are just a few ways we've served our city in the past.

Love the Person in Front of You

As a church we desire to expand and grow in our faithful response to Jesus' genius command to "Love your neighbor as yourself" by actually loving our actual neighbors! In each video, Jason Van Hove shares specific tips and ideas on how we can love our neighbors during COVID-19. In this video Jason specifically focuses on God's plans and purposes for us in placing us where we live with these neighbors at this time in history.
